A fence board can be attached at the picket’s top so that it remains straight when you are fastening them to the rails.
  • When you need to add a fence rail, or you need to change the existing one you must use tools like Sawzall and metal cutting blade. A wonder bar and a hammer may be used so that the blade can be wedged in between the fence board and rail. In the end, the fence rail must be taken out and cut. The nails have to be hammered into the fence rail.
